Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Clients may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms outlined in their individual contracts. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or services provided by MAROVEXIS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where MAROVEXIS maintains its principal place of business.
